Post Falls, ID. Event starts 11AM.
 Weigh-ins Friday, Dec 4th from 1-8PM and Saturday, Dec 5th from 9-10AM Templin's Red Lion. All age divisions and weight classes for men and women. Sanctioned by Pride Powerlifting: All state records can be set including All-time records. No card fee. All lifters will receive a beautiful award and best lifter trophies for divisions with 5 or more competitors. New competitors welcome. No need to qualify to participate.

  Book your rooms at the Red Lion Templin's by November 25th to receive the discounted rate. See you December 5th.
  Results for the Nationals and WA State Championships have been posted to the website.
  Check back for our next year's schedule. It will be posted this week.
  If you enter both bench and dead in the December meet, you will automatically be entered into a Push/Pull combined total contest.
